Shipping policy

All canvas and paper prints will be carefully packaged in sturdy cardboard mailing tubes or rigid mailers and shipped through registered Australia post.

All canvas and paper prints come un stretched and unframed unless otherwise clearly stated in the description.

International shipping is calculated at the checkout based on zone and shipped through tracked Australia post.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery as canvas paintings are custom painted unless otherwise listed.

Art prints are printed per order and also have a 3-week delivery timeframe. If you need prints quicker please let me know in the checkout comments.

Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for customs fees in your country so please check with your countries import rules prior to purchase.

 In the case of any returns approved by Natalie Jade the customer must pay the return postage fee through the same shipping provider as the item was sent.
