As per the ACCC recommendations, I do not accept returns due to a change in mind. If I send the wrong product or your product is faulty please contact me directly and I will make arrangements to replace replace the print. I also do not accept exchanges if you have not taken note of the scale as a clear photograph is provided in the listing.

Please choose carefully as due to the nature of printing each (print is professionally printed to order) I am unable to offer refunds. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging prior to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.

I do not accept any returns based on artwork ageing ore being effected by environmental factors including humidity, mould, light.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

In the case of any returns approved by Natalie Jade the customer must pay the return postage fee through the same shipping provider as the item was sent.

Unfortunately I can not refund on commissions once the artwork has been approved, paid for in full and shipped out due to the time and work involved in a commission piece.

All custom duties for shipping are the responsibility of the customer not the Artist please be aware of such before purchasing.
